Is there a contract or a minimum?

No contract on the account and no minimum on marketplace leads — buy one lead or four hundred. Mailing campaigns have a 1,000-mailer minimum per drop, and subscriptions run 4 weeks minimum before you can cancel. Software is month to month.

What does the free account actually include?

The full marketplace with every price visible, policy suppression, the production leaderboard, the live wins ticker, Aria Rewards points, Mortgage Protection orientation training, and a dedicated Agent Success Manager. You can sit at $0 as long as you want.

What happens on the Onboarding Call, and do I have to take it?

Why are aged leads so much cheaper — are they worse?

They are older. That is the whole difference. Same recorded data, same policy suppression, same 30-day exclusivity. A 2+ year Silver lead is $0.99 because time has passed, not because something was removed.

What is the difference between MTG Gold and MTG Silver?

Gold has full client information recorded — age, medical, smoker status. Silver is partial: the client has shown interest and provided some medical information. Gold costs more at every age because there is more on the record before you dial.

Can I cancel a mailing subscription?

Yes, after the 4-week minimum, then anytime. Leads from a drop already in flight still arrive — they land in your dashboard 7–10 days from the mailing date.

What is the Aria Match, exactly?

Aria matches your first commitment, dollar for dollar, in lead inventory. Invest $1,997 in Mortgage Protection Mastery and $1,997 of lead inventory goes into your account. Do I need AriaDesk to use the marketplace?

No. The marketplace works on the free account, and leads deliver to the CRM you already use. AriaDesk is for the part after the sale — underwriting, case management, and keeping the book on the books.
