Immediately. Points are spendable in Aria Rewards as soon as you earn them; there’s no monthly transfer or waiting period.

Yes. Your spendable balance expires one year from the day each point was earned. Use your points within 12 months, or they’ll expire from your spendable balance.

If you’re inactive for 90+ days, point earning pauses. Your existing balance and entries stay safe, and earning starts again with your next purchase.

No. Spending points never removes your entries. Once earned, entries stay locked for the calendar year.

Rewards include lead discounts, platform access, training, and experiences with Vivian.

No. Lead discounts apply to lead orders only. They cannot be used toward mailing campaigns.
